Translation and content editing

Work directly with text and layout in images while preserving the original visual appearance as much as possible.

Supported capabilities

Capability	Description
Layout-preserving translation	Recognize image text, translate it, and write the translation back into the original layout.
Layout analysis and content location	Get positions for text, tables, images, and stamps, plus character indexes used for editing.
Replace text	Replace specified text by character index while preserving its visual style where possible.
Delete a region	Delete a specified text, table, image, or stamp region.
Move a region	Move specified content to new coordinates.

Content editing must start with layout analysis. Character indexes for text replacement must come from the analysis and must never be guessed. Deleting or moving content uses the returned region type, region index, and position. Saving results to the cloud belongs to Cloud saving and document management.
